Lagunitas “Hop Stoopid” $9.00 22 ounces
Since we don’t have Surly 16 Grit around I thought we should have a Double IPA in house. This California DIPA has a citrusy aroma, ismedium bodied and not a huge malt presence with a sharp bite on the finish. A respectable but not stupid amount of alcohol at 8%.
St Feuillien “Triple” $16.00 25.4 ounces
The brewery in Le Roeulx Belgium was built on the ruins of an abbey that was founded in honor of the beheaded martyr Feuillien. How cool is that. This 8.5% Triple is fruity, has distinctive maltiness and the unique Belgian aroma due to the yeast.
